Bio
Passionate about music and theatre, Toronto born soprano Clare Lowe (she/her) has been performing for as long as she can remember. Clare is entering the fourth year of a Bachelor of Music degree in voice at Mount Allison University, studying with Dr. Christina Haldane. Recent music and theatre credits include: The Hour of Dreaming (credited vocal recital at Mount Allison Music), the Jeunesses Musicales Talentis Tour (Jeunesses Musicales NB), various roles in The Opera Show (Mount Allison Music), Romilda in Serse (Halifax Summer Opera Festival), chorus in The Art of Love (COSA Canada), Denise in Problem Child (Mount Allison University), and Kathy Bates in The Hound of the Baskervilles (PTC Sackville). Clare is the proud recipient of several honours and awards from Mt. A., including the Mary Emerency Pickard Bell and Mary McKean Music Scholarships.
